Set within the landscape of Comporta, The Alba House explores a more sensorial way of living.

As with all our projects, authorship begins with understanding how a home should feel, function and be remembered. In The Alba House, that process naturally extended into bespoke elements created specifically for the property.

Through our Atmosphere Session with the clients, we uncovered a shared desire for revitalisation, emotional warmth and spaces that felt quietly distinctive.

For example, the private attic, which was designed as a slower, more intimate room for reading, features at its centre a bespoke coffee table finished with hand-painted ceramic tiles created by our founder.
